Amy"s Norwegian court case postponed

Winehouse had been due in court on Friday to contest a fine, but the Bergen district court approved a request by Winehouses lawyer to reschedule the hearing, Norwegian news agency NTB reported.
Winehouse and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, were arrested in the western city of Bergen in October last year and held overnight on charges of possessing seven grammes of marijuana.
They were released the next morning after paying fines of around ?350 each, and they continued a European tour.
The tattooed songstress later appealed the fine, claiming Norwegian police made mistakes in the case.
The Bergen court postponed the hearing because Winehouses husband was scheduled to appear in a separate court hearing in the UK on the same date, NTB reported.
Her lawyer, Ole Kvelstad, said Winehouse had also complained that she did not receive the letter detailing the date.
Bergen Police Attorney Rudolf Christoffersen told NTB that Winehouse knows the date of the hearing, even if the letter hasnt arrived.
Winehouse, 24, won five Grammy Awards earlier this month, including best record, best song, and best new artist.
